Roasting and Blends

Description such as French Roast, Viennese Roast and Italian Roast indicate a longer roasting time and darker colour, not geographical location.

Blends are designed to bring together two or more coffees to complement and enhance each other, creating a unique roast. However, some roasters use lower quality beans in their blends as filler.
