Roasting and Blends

Description such as French Roast, Viennese Roast and Italian Roast indicate a longer roasting time and darker colour, not geographical location.

Blends are designed to bring together two or more coffees to complement and enhance each other, creating a unique roast. However, some roasters use lower quality beans in their blends as filler.

West to East, established in 2004, aims at bringing the best food and beverages from other parts of the world to Hong Kong.

Caffé Ottolina is the first product West to East brought to Hong Kong. It has been chosen from many different coffee beans from Italy and it is the greatest for its aroma, freshness and flavour.
